Long View is a 20″ × 20″ framed photograph from Jennifer Seas’s Float / Sink / Swim series—an evocative body of work that investigates the poetics of buoyancy, submersion, and embodied perception. In this quiet, resonant image, the artist herself floats in a lake, reading a book—a gesture that becomes both literal and symbolic.

Here reading is a full-body experience, tethered to breath, gravity, and the water’s shifting embrace.
